Booking

• Appointments can be booked online or by contacting us directly. Please ensure you receive a confirmation for your booking.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. • Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the same day as the appointment will forfeit the deposit and may incur an additional fee. • No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will lose their deposit and may be required to pay a higher deposit for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule your appointment to ensure enough time for each client. • Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time with the full service fee still being applied.

Refunds

Ivy League Aesthetics does not offer refunds on services. If you are dissatisfied, please let us know before leaving, and we’ll do our best to resolve any issues.
